I’m going to keep this simple and clean.Today is Day 1.

How do I feel: Copacetic

Workouts:
- 4 laps jogging ,1 lap sprinting
- pre-workout stretching

- 2000m row machine
- 2 sets of 8 pullups
- 2 sets of 8 static arm curls 30lbs
- 2 sets of 8 dips
- 2 sets of 8 lying down tricep extensions 30lbs x2
- 2 sets of 8 weight squats 120lbs
- 3 sets of 8 dead lifts 120lbs

- post workout cardio: 10 minutes on bike, hill plus.
- 5 laps, jogging
- post workout stretching
